Independent Teaching Role
Teachers provide services independently and are responsible for their own qualifications, lesson planning, representations, conduct, and lawful operation.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, agency, or franchise relationship unless required by law.
Quality and Professional Standards
Teachers must maintain accurate listings, communicate respectfully, appear on time, deliver sessions in good faith, and protect learners — especially minors.
Teachers must not falsify qualifications, outsource their identity, use deceptive media, or misrepresent availability or experience.
Verification and Compliance Duties
Teachers must complete onboarding, upload required verification documents, and cooperate with re-verification or compliance checks when requested.
SILLR may hold payouts, pause bookings, or remove marketplace visibility until compliance requirements are satisfied.
Earnings, Payouts, and Adjustments
Teacher earnings are subject to platform fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, policy violations, and other permitted adjustments.
Teachers authorize SILLR to offset legitimate platform claims, reversals, penalties, or unresolved liabilities from future earnings where legally permitted.
