Safeguarding Principles
Where minors use SILLR, we prioritize safety, age-appropriate communication, transparency, and quick escalation of risk signals.
Teachers and parents must use the platform in ways that support safeguarding, session accountability, and reporting access.
Rules for Child-Related Use
Teachers must maintain professional boundaries, avoid private off-platform contact, and comply with all child protection obligations that apply to them.
Parents and guardians should supervise account setup, booking decisions, and local safeguarding requirements for younger learners.
Reporting and Escalation
Any suspected grooming, exploitation, abusive content, or unsafe interaction involving a minor must be reported immediately through SILLR reporting tools or support channels.
SILLR may freeze accounts, preserve records, involve safeguarding specialists, or contact authorities where required.
