Collection of Payments
Students and parents pay for bookings using approved SILLR checkout flows and supported processors such as Stripe and Paystack.
SILLR may authorize, capture, verify, or hold funds in accordance with platform rules, anti-fraud controls, and processor requirements.
Teacher Earnings
Teacher earnings are recorded per eligible session after payment is successfully processed and any review, cancellation, or safeguarding hold has cleared.
Displayed balances may include available, pending, withheld, reversed, or withdrawn amounts depending on platform events.
Withdrawals and Payout Holds
Teachers may request withdrawals only after identity verification, payout profile setup, and any additional tax or compliance checks are complete.
SILLR may delay or deny payouts where there are open disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, sanctions risk, or legal restrictions.
Fees, Taxes, and Currency
Platform service fees, processor charges, FX adjustments, withholding obligations, and taxes may apply and may vary by region or provider.
Teachers are responsible for their own tax reporting except where SILLR is legally required to collect, remit, report, or withhold.
